DIGESTATE
Digestate from biogas generation processes, from livestock manure, from OWFMW.
With vacuum evaporation systems for the purification of industrial wastewater, considerable advantages are obtained, both economic and environmental, compared to the classical physical-chemical or biological treatment systems.
The primary objective is the drastic reduction of disposal costs, often even more than 95%, as well as, in many cases, the recovery of raw materials and the reuse of distilled water obtained with the treatment.
Vacuum evaporation is also applicable in the concentration of thermolabile products, coming from pharmaceutical synthesis or in the sector of food extracts and aromas, musts and vinegar to obtain food glazes.
In the field of industrial wastewater treatment, vacuum evaporation allows to increase the number of EWCs (European Waste Catalogue) that can be treated.
In fact, IWE vacuum evaporation plants can be integrated with classic physical-chemical and biological purification systems that alone cannot obtain satisfactory results in the purification of wastewater with a high content of pollutants in solution.
Treatment of regeneration eluates in resin plants, concentration of spent baths, recovery of chromium, copper and nickel plating baths.
Purification of washing water after thermal metalworking furnaces and recovery of dissolved salts.
Purification of washing water after curing ovens and recovery of dissolved salts.
Concentration of wastewater from washing, pre-painting and phospho-chromatisation.
