Good morning Marco,
after your testing the system went straight into operation, just a few days to calibrate the right concentrations and/or the correct hours to reach the end of the cycle for our concentration parameters.
Furthermore, the machine is well supported by the software that is supplied and below I have inserted some screens of:
alarms: your manual is very clear in ITS CODIFICATION.
Production data: loaded product, distillate produced and concentrate discharged.
Maintenance data of the pumps: working hours of the individual pumps.
The necessary maintenance is that of weekly or biweekly cleaning. In fact, for production reasons, we often make the machine work continuously for 1 or 2 weeks in a row.
The maintenance carried out is very little. Today's alarms are derived from maintenance in progress.
The attentions are cleaning at the end of a long cycle. The pumps after over 7000 hours have no leaks or noise.
I would like to add that your software integrates well with most management systems and/or protocols; in particular, we have it with a cloud platform for data storage and remote alarm sending.
I would also like to add that we were very happy with your machines and assistance, otherwise we would not have ordered two more.
I attach below a screen of the evaporator integration with the cloud platform for production data storage.

Object: Reference letter on vacuum evaporation and crystallization plants
Respectable Company,
as you requested, we confirm that at our thermal power plant in Scandale - province of Crotone - Italy we have the following systems that have been in operation since 2008:
• No. 2 ECO ETSW 36 serial number 6040 and 6041 evaporators
• No. 2 ECO ETRSW 2.4 crystallisers serial number 6042 and 6043
These systems in Scandale power plant are used to treat the effluent generated by demi water production plant to obtain crystallised salt for external disposal.
We have also recently considered expanding these facilities by adding an additional vacuum evaporator with an exclusively electric power supply to make up for the temporary lack of steam from the power plant.
For this purpose, IWE S.r.l. provided us with a pilot plant that allowed us to verify the highly satisfactory results even with this technology, which has a different energy supply from the one we usually use.
IWE S.r.l. has also proved to be an efficient company in recent years in terms of service, including telephone support and promptly supplied spare parts.
