FEATURES COMMON TO ALL HWS DE SERIES EVAPORATORS
HIGH FLOW RATES, LOW CONSUMPTION.
The HWS DE series evaporators are energy-efficient plants.
As with the HWS ME series, these vacuum evaporators/concentrators require thermal energy, but only to power the first evaporative stage.
The second stage, thanks to a higher vacuum value than the previous stage, allows to operate with a lower boiling temperature and it is therefore possible to exploit the thermal energy of the evaporate produced in the first evaporative stage to feed the second evaporative stage for free.
Thanks to this technique, the Double Effect model obtains reductions in thermal energy consumption of 50% compared to the single effect version.
